Founder and principal consultant Serge Elemans helps organizations navigate the science, strategy, and supply chains of nuclear medicine.
Serge Elemans started his career in nuclear medicine at IDB Holland and Advanced Accelerator Applications, gaining hands-on experience with isotope production, supply logistics, and regulatory frameworks. These early roles laid the foundation for his deep understanding of the technical and operational realities behind radiopharmaceutical innovation.
At Novartis, Serge held senior international roles within the radioligand therapy division, contributing to the global rollout of therapies based on isotopes like Lutetium-177. He worked across commercial, operational, and strategic functions — collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale supply, navigate regulatory pathways, and bring radiopharmaceutical innovation to patients worldwide.
Nuclidx was founded to bring deep domain expertise and independent perspective to the fast-evolving field of radiopharmaceuticals. Serge works with pharma, biotech, isotope producers, and investors to help them navigate the complexity of this space — from early-stage development to market strategy, supply chain design, and due diligence.
