At Novartis, Serge held senior international roles within the radioligand therapy division, contributing to the global rollout of therapies based on isotopes like Lutetium-177. He worked across commercial, operational, and strategic functions — collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale supply, navigate regulatory pathways, and bring radiopharmaceutical innovation to patients worldwide.
